As a full time licensed real estate broker for over 25 years, I am your “in the know” expert on the  waterfront, floating, and mountain homes, houseboats, marinas, and moorage slips. I’m highly networked into both the Seattle floating home and waterfront neighborhoods as well as Cascade mountain homes in communities like Roslyn, Suncadia & Tumble Creek. I usually know who wants to sell even when they are not on the market and can open up additional opportunities for buyers and sellers that other brokers can not. Working on the water and in the mountains is a dream come true for me and combines everything that I love and the best of both worlds.  They are two very small niche markets and this has allowed me to become an expert in the communities that I live in and invest in. While they may seem worlds apart, they are remarkably similar and just a little over an hour apart. I am creative and diligent in my marketing and negotiating efforts as well as a fierce advocate for my clients.

Seattle Floating Home, Houseboats, & Waterfront Buyers & Sellers: I volunteer extensively in my greater Seattle floating homes and waterfront homes community and have previously served on the board for the Floating Homes Association and also for the docks I have lived on.  Seattle neighborhoods are all very unique and special and I have worked all over the city for over two decades.  I can help you or point you to the right person for any real estate need you may have. This lifestyle is amazing and I love sharing my favorite things about it with clients. I have a ton of tips and tricks you wouldn’t know if you didn’t live here. My favorite thing about living on the lake is being surrounded by nature in the middle of the city and the light reflections that dance around the walls and ceilings at sunrise and sunset. Lack of experience can be camouflaged with a partner if you don’t ask this important question. The book of knowledge that I have picked up by having decades of actual experience is very important when representing buyers or sellers with properties in general, but more so when they are this specialized.

Moorage slip, Marina, and private dock owners: I am extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all of the nuances of the various docks and shorelines. In addition I have experience and expertise in Seattle marinas for sale and developing private docks into co-ops.  If you own a dock and want to talk to a marina broker about the opportunities to get the most return from your family’s maritime legacy, I am happy to help with ideas and multiple references from successful projects.
