As a top-producing broker working in partnership with her husband Rick for nearly twenty years, Joyce Miner is known for her stellar interpersonal skills and dedication to her valued clientele, whether its working with buyers to find the right home or assisting a seller with the start of their next chapter.
A native Seattleite who grew up on Alki Beach, Joyce offers a comprehensive understanding of the waterfront lifestyle with a specialization in floating homes and unique waterfront properties. The Duck has gone global, as Joyce’s alignment with Keller Williams provides connections to shores from around the world. In addition, Joyce and her firm share a vision for excellence through award-winning marketing and support for the local community through events and fundraisers.
Prior to entering real estate, Joyce completed her undergraduate studies in Metalurgy (jewelry making) and spent 25 years in the jewelry business and honed her skills in sales and working with clients, as she bought and designed tailored pieces both for individual clients and the mass market.
Joyce currently lives on a Lake Union floating home with her husband Rick and their two cats. As a 15-year cancer survivor, she regularly volunteers at UW Medical Center and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center where she supports individuals fighting life-threatening cancers. When not immersed in her work, Joyce enjoys the outdoors, boating, traveling and connecting with her friends. Her accreditations include Managing Broker.
