When we decided to sell our precious houseboat we chose the pros who sold it to us five years earlier, Rick and Joyce Miner. I recommend Rick Miner without reservation. I have known Rick for about 1.5 years. I first found him via his website, duckin.com. We were in the market for waterfront, and Rick shuttled us around the Seattle and outlaying areas - to see traditional waterfront, and houseboats - always with an excellent attitude, which was amazing given the number of houses we visited! He even showed us houses using his boat, in addition to his car!! When we did finally buy our waterfront place on three tree point, rick was a great asset. We were in a multiple offers situation, and rick's many years of experience paid off! Also, we had a very tight close, and I did not think it would be possible to accomplish this, and rick did great in making sure it happened! Also, I recommend rick as a seller's broker too. This past summer we had to sell my mom's townhouse in Bellevue. After Rick Miner and his excellent marketing team prepared the home for sale (including pictures, videos, staging, etc...), we were fortunately to have multiple offers, and we ended up with a final price of approx 10% more than asking. When you came down the channel the other night in your new boat, it reminded me that I haven’t talked to you in a while. I assume all is well in your world with the improving real estate market. I never hesitate to tell people h...ow lucky I was when I first made contact with you when we were looking at floating homes, and how you continued to show me property after we ended up passing on No.18 after we had negotiated a deal. It had to be Karma! We would not have been as happy in that unit as we are in No. 11. I still recall when you showed me this house in the winter and we came up on the roof. You knew this house was perfect for us and you were 100% right! It is an awesome property and I swear it is the best on the dock—regardless of us being on the back row. We have the most open floor plan of all the units I’ve looked at on the dock, plus the full rooftop deck that we obviously use all the time.
